Collection: Sagarmatha
A series of mountain landscapes inspired by the colourful prayer flags of Mount Everest Base Camp.
In Nepal, Mount Everest is known as “Sagarmatha,” meaning “Goddess of the Sky". One of the most common sights that catch your attention while trekking in the Himalayas are the colourful prayer flags. These flags are hung in the sky or mountain passes to catch the wind so the prayer will be carried out to protect those travelling through.
The Sagarmatha Collection incorporates the five colours of the prayer flags intertwined into a wood mountain landscape.
